About Us

Eve Rose Borenstein, LLC (ERB LLC) has existed since 2004.  From this consultancy, Eve Borenstein provides education and training related to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations’ obligations and operations. The chief product of ERB LLC is high-quality personal instruction (in the form of courses and presentations authored and instructed by Eve).  In addition, technically proficient practical guides are available. 

History / Caveat

Eve Borenstein began teaching exempt organization courses in 1990.  This consultancy houses the teaching/speaking functions that had been in Eve’s solo law practice following the move of her law practice in 2004 to Borenstein and McVeigh Law Office (BAM!).  Please note that the training and products offered by ERB LLC are not legal services.
