About Us

Eve Rose Borenstein, LLC (ERB LLC) has existed since 2004. From this consultancy, Eve Borenstein provides education and training related to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations’ obligations and operations. The chief product of ERB LLC is high-quality personal instruction (in the form of courses and presentations authored and instructed by Eve). In addition, technically proficient practical guides are available.

History / Caveat

Eve Borenstein began teaching exempt organization courses in 1990. This consultancy houses the teaching/speaking functions that had been in Eve’s solo law practice following the move of her law practice in 2004 to Borenstein and McVeigh Law Office (BAM!).
